CHANGES, REFUNDS / RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Koko Chemistry products are made in small batches and are sold online at limited availability. We always attempt to represent our items as accurately as possible and offer a detailed description of all products being sold.
Having said that, we know that buying online isn’t always easy. Products arrive late; or sometimes you decide they’re just not right for you. We get it because we are online consumers ourselves. Which is why we have structured policies that we believe are transparent and fair.
REFUND, RETURN, CHANGE OR EXCHANGE OF YOUR ORDER
Changes or exchanges of orders can be done if and only if the order has not been shipped out yet. Please contact our Customer Care Team at +91-98338-85123 or email us at support@KokoChemistry.com
If your order has not been shipped out we will assist you in modifying your order with no cost incurred to you. Please note: items purchased during a sale are not eligible for exchange or return.
For safety and hygiene purposes, once an order is shipped it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, products are not liable for return or exchanges once shipped.
REPORT ORDER PROBLEM
As much as we strive to be perfect and give you the best shopping experience possible, we do make mistakes at times. We are here to help and will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently and seamlessly as possible.
All claims for missing products or damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with images of the damaged or wrong product.
Please note the following:
- To avoid misuse of our policy, a picture of each order number and its content is taken prior to packing it.
- Damaged products will be replaced by Koko Chemistry as soon as possible to avoid further inconvenience caused to our customers.
- Koko Chemistry is not responsible for damage of products after delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Returns, Changes and Exchange Policy.
- While all our products are made using safe ingredients, customers are requested to do a patch test before they use the product and if any irritation or red patches appear, they are advised to discontinue use of the products.
