Elements from Koko Chemistry’s lab

  • Vitamin C - Gold for your skin

You might know this ingredient as ascorbic acid or L-ascorbic acid or the more common, Vitamin C. What you must also know that Vitamin C is a powerhouse antioxidant.

Why your skin absolutely waits for this:

    • Brightens and soothes the skin and prevents those dark spots. Here’s how: It blocks the enzyme responsible for melanin (or pigmentation) production.
    • It neutralizes free radicals (that come in through pollution) and prevents skin damage.
    • Enhances skin’s elasticity and firmness by boosting collagen production.

By the way, Koko Chemistry’s formulation has the most stable form of Vitamin C, ethyl ascorbate. It’s a Vitamin C derivative that is more stable and resistant to oxidation. It’s also gentler and non-irritating for all skin types because of its non-acidic pH level.

  • Hyaluronic Acid - A powerful humectant

Imagine giving your skin 1,000 times more moisture with a few dabs. What you will see is fresh-looking skin, supple, smooth and yes, a reduction in the appearance of fine lines too.

Dermats love Hyaluronic Acid (HA) because:

    • It is incredibly lightweight and helps to lock in intense hydration.
    • Oil-free with absolutely no side effects!
    • Combined with Vitamin C makes it very potent.

We use the Low-Molecular Hyaluronic Complex. This translates into deeper penetration, better hydration, and antioxidant protection. Great for your skin, really.

  • Vitamin E & Ferulic Acid - A good defense against the sun

Vitamin E maintains the integrity of your skin. It’s like a glue that binds all the best ingredients - fat-soluble vitamins with antioxidant properties. Vitamin E increases the efficacy of Vitamin C.

With it’s increased photoprotection quality, Ferulic Acid reduces sun damage to your skin.
